Available on Tuesdays through Saturdays from 9 AM – 4 PM.
2020 MUSEUM CLOSURES
Thanksgiving: 2 PM on November 25. Closed November 26 & 27. Open November 28 at 9 AM.
Christmas: Closed December 24 and 25.
New Year’s Eve and Day: Closed December 31 and January 1.
Ages 12 and up: $8.00
Children 3 to 11: $5.00
Seniors (65+): $5.00
Children 2 and under: Free
Active Duty Military: Free
The Houston Maritime Museum is proud to be a Blue Star Museum. From Memorial Day to Labor Day, active duty personnel and their families will receive free admission to the Museum. Blue Star Museums is a collaboration among the National Endowment for the Arts, Blue Star Families, the Department of Defense, and more than 2,000 museums across America to offer free admission to the nation’s active duty military personnel including National Guard and Reserve and their families. The Houston Maritime’s interim location is near the intersection of Canal Street and Navigation Boulevard. There are ample parking spaces available at the museum. The building is wheelchair accessible.
